Spa Policies

Booking your Appointment – To schedule an appointment you may call us at 1-800-586-9195 or 954-237-3500, or through our website. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments.
Payment - We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, SpaFinder certificates and JothiVita gift certificates. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.
Gratuities – The industry standard for gratuity is between 15% and 20%, but the amount is completely at your discretion. Gratuity can be paid in cash or with credit/debit card.
Punctuality - We respectfully request that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals – The time for your appointment is reserved especially for you. If you arrive late, you may choose to reschedule; however, a 50% cancellation charge will be applied.
Cancellations – As a courtesy to our staff, guests are asked to provide a minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation; failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment.
Cell Phones – We respectfully request that mobile telephones be turned off during your time at the spa.
Gift Certificates – These are available for any product, treatment, or workshop and may be purchased by phone, on our website or directly at our front desk.
