Nabi Basti

A warm oil stomach treatment for improving digestion and releasing deep rooted emotions by bathing the navel in healing oils.This treatment brings deep relaxation to the area, providing a soothing effect on the nervous system. It is especially beneficial for relieving abdominal tension, bloating, and suppressed stress stored in the gut, leaving you with a sense of lightness and emotional clarity.

Kati Basti

Is a soothing treatment where a large quantity of warm herbalised oil is retained on your lower back to relieve pain, stiffness and inflammation

Greeva Basti

Is a soothing neck therapy where herbal oil is retained on the neck to relieve occasional pain, inflammation, and stiffness. The warm herbal oil allows absorption into muscles, ligaments, and tendons, thereby relaxing the neck and healing any underlying conditions, calming pain and stiffness.

Swedana

Sugar Body Scrub

It uses a blend of sea salt, essential oils and herbs to exfoliate your skin, leaving it soft and fragrant. Excellent add-on service to complement your massage treatment.

Garshana

It is a dry massage using silk gloves. This treatment increases heat in the body, promotes lymph flow, and enhances circulation while exfoliating the skin. Excellent add-on prior to any massage.
